All Web sites require Domain Name Registration and a Hosting Services Provider (HSP). As a developer with XO Communications, Excircle Media will set up your hosting account, but you are responsible for paying the monthly hosting charge. The monthly hosting charges and annual domain registration fees, are not included in our design and maintenance fees. An Excircle Media customer service representative can provide you with current rates.

In summary, to establish and maintain a Web site there are three types of charges:

1. Domain Registration Fees - annual, or can be paid in multiple years at a discounted price.
2. Web Hosting Fees - monthly, or can be paid annually at a discounted price.
3. Design and Maintenance Services - one time charge or recurring.
